Tinkune, Kathmandu is host to Padmashree International College. The college, which is affiliated with Tribhuvan University and has a contractual relationship with Nilai University (approved by the Ministry of Education- MOE approval 70 equivalent by TU), was established in 2007 A.D. with the desire to bring global standards of IT, Hospitality, and Food Science College to Nepal and to generate higher scientific manpower. Eligibility
- Grade XII with a minimum of 45 per cent in two subjects from the Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB).
- In HSEB Grade XII, a minimum of 45 per cent in English is required.
