Pokhara University

autonomous institution that is half funded by the Nepalese government and largely funded by fees collected from students and allied colleges. The semester system is used at Pokhara University. The university employs the practice of continuous review of a student’s performance and allows the student to continue at a speed that is appropriate for his or her unique ability and convenience, subject to the regulation of credit requirements.

Pokhara University is located in the Kaski district’s Lekhnath Municipality, thirteen kilometres east of Pokhara’s city centre. It has already constructed its academic building in the calm and scenic setting of Lekhnath, a seven-lake city in the Himalayan foothills with peaks such as Mt. Machhapuchre and Mt. Annapurna.

Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) at Pokhara University

The bachelor’s degree in hotel management (BHM) is one of the most sought-after degrees among students all around the world. This course is designed to satisfy the training and skill development needs of those pursuing managerial jobs in the hotel industry. The completion of a bachelor’s degree in hotel management opens the door to a rewarding academic hotel profession. After successfully completing the course, the BHM program is intended to create a Hotel Professional.

ELIGIBILITY
Bachelor of Hotel Management Eligibility (BHM)

In 10+2, students should have received a least of a “C” in all courses (Secondary Level)

OR

Every year in August, new admissions to Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) programs are available. A 10+2 or equivalent degree with a minimum of 45 per cent or 2.00 CGPA is necessary to apply for this program. Furthermore, prospective applicants should be prepared to devote full time to their studies for the following four years.

Scholarships are available to pursue a Bachelor of Hotel Management at Pokhara University

There is an allotment of scholarships on the quota basis:
